Installed under your kitchen sink and
connected to a separate spigot,
BioTech's
Reverse Osmosis unit uses no
flashing lights or batteries operating anything. You get what you want, excellent
filtration with simple efficient equipment made for the longevity
BioTech
is
known for.
The
BioTech
Reverse Osmosis System Consists of 4
Stages:
1. Particulate Filter
The first stage of the
BioTech Water Researchers'
system filters particles out of the water all the way down to five microns.
2. Carbon Filtration
The next stage of the
BioTech
system is high quality
carbon filtration for the removal of chemicals, such as chlorine, that can damage the
reverse osmosis membrane (Stage 3).
3. Reverse Osmosis Membrane
BioTech
only uses the best available materials instead
of selling a good, better and best. The membranes used are of superior quality. Only thin
film composite (T.F.C.) membranes are used. There are cheaper systems with cheaper
membranes that can handle chlorine but T.F.C. is the best for highest rejection of
contaminants. This filter is for the removal of sodium, heavy metals such as lead and
mercury, sub micron particulate, and asbestos. This unit is rated at 50 gallons
per day, which allows for a speedier recovery for filling up the holding tank, so that you
don't run out of water and have to wait and wait on a slow recovery system. (The
substances able to be removed by this system are not necessarily found in your water.)
4. Pressed Carbon
Unlike most systems, the
BioTech
system uses four
stages. One last filter is for polishing the water. The water produced is of such quality
that there is a lack of taste. This final stage imparts a good taste into the water as
well as providing one last step of protection.
To conserve water, the system has an automatic shut off. The holding
tank is made of a poly material, not metal. If the bladder inside ever needs to be
replaced, you don't have to throw away the entire tank as you would with metal tanked
systems. The poly tank is made of heavy duty construction and can either be stood up or
laid down to maximize your cabinet space under the sink.
To go along with the fact that we work hand in hand
with custom builders, architects and interior designers, we offer designer spigots in many
colors to compliment the color of your other faucets. It just looks funny when you add a
chrome spigot with white, red, black, or other colored faucets. It's just one more step
above the rest, when you have BioTech Water Researchers working for you.
At
BioTech, we live with the concept that "one shoe does not
fit all feet". All of our systems are specifically designed for various applications
based on quality and volume required by our clients to save future expense, the systems
are designed fully expandable, and are capable of complimenting the growth of the
customer's needs.
At
BioTech Water Researchers;
all systems are custom built varying in capacity from 50 gallons per day up
to industrial size systems.
The systems are fully Inclusive and come complete with full
pre-filtration, Re-Pressurization system and post filtration Packages. Ozonation may also
be incorporated for disinfecting applications.
BioTech Water Researchers
offers post installation, full technical support. Installation services are
offered world wide.
We produce the total package.
